The waif is toast. Arya's gonna stabbinate her and say "Not today".
Premium Cable: The Cursing Costs Extra

The waif is toast.
Yeah, there are a handful of characters I feel are untouchable, even for GRRM, and Arya is one of them. (Also Tyrion and Dany and clearly Jon. Bran is too important now so he'll last. Sam may get a heroic death. Oh, I think Sansa is pretty safe as well.)
Has anyone seen a breakdown of Bran's vision? I've watched it twice and I can see a lot of it is just scenes from the show, but there are others of the Mad King for instance, that are new.
Also, Penny Dreadful, man. The Blade of Grass episode was incredible. Rory Kinnear is amazing.

Where's Jeff Mejia!
The mad king is definitely in there yelling "Burn Them All."
Oooh, have you heard the fan-theory about the Mad King?

exactly what I was thinking!
Oooh, have you heard the fan-theory about the Mad King?
um, no, I don't think so.
also, the visions where Ned was going after his sister, were we hearing the birth of Jon Snow, do you think?

The narrative is definitely heading in that fan-vetted direction.
um, no, I don't think so.
This one is a longshot but it's intriguing.
It's Bran's going back in time to witness Aerys that makes him mad - perhaps Warging into him - just as he did with Hodor. Aerys' rule began benevolently but then he later became mad. He wasn't crazy from the get-go like say...Joffrey or Ramsay.
The other big fan theory which has gained traction:
Tyrion is part Targaryen because the Mad King raped Tywin's wife. The timeline lines up for this, would account for Tywin's hatred of Tyrion, and is hinted at with Tyrion's dragon-whisper biz in the catacombs. COUNTER-theory is that Jaime and Cersei are the non-Lannisters and that Tyrion is the only true Lannister. (supported somewhat by the incest angle which is big among the Targaryens.)

Such a stand-out episode. I'm so mad that genre shows are usually overlooked for nominations.
Hmm, I read another Mad-King related theory:
that Dany is on the way to becoming the Mad Queen Danaerys.
I also read that there is a thing that happened in the books that I though wasn't going to happen in the books but might be transposed elsewhere i.e.,
the Riverlands - the feeding of children to their Father - take that Freys!!!
I love the idea that Arya is going to join the acting troup. I've been trying to think how she is getting back to Westeros and that makes sense. Bring her to the Riverlands - let Nymeria and her giant pack find her. That's what I want to see!
Ooh, yes, live wolf please!
