Sweetie, we're crooks. If everything were right, we'd be in jail.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Hate watching True Blood is all I really have left. Pam stole the idea for Fangtasia from Ginger? Billith Christ on a cracker, I cannot!

I still enjoy Lafayette. And I loved the conversation between Jason and a mind-wiped Hoyt about his mom's death. I love you, Hoyt Fortenberry. That's about the end of the good stuff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Just finished OITNB2--has anyone read My Life With Piper: From Big House To Little Screen? Looks like the real Larry is better at getting his navel published...

I feel weird having watched both seasons in the time since I saw the ads for S2. I thought they were ads for S3, and I was catching up.

Now I'm left with House of Cards and Hemlock Grove 2. Anyone gonna watch the latter?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I couldn't finish Hemlock Grove 1 -- even with my fondness for werewolves, couldn't do it, and I watched Wolf Lake.

Now that I'm all Oranged-up, whose back story interested/surprised/mindfucked you the most?

I think they made it clear in S1 something was up with the wedding to Christopher, so although the lengths she'd gone to (and the assumption it was stalking and attempted murder not mail scam that got her into jail) was a surprise, I have to doff my hat to Poussey. I saw nothing but the lesbian coming, and that was kind of a given.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It's cheating to say "Everybody but Piper" right?

Okay though, my favorites were probably Crazy Eyes and Miss Rosa from S2.

Suzanne makes me feel uncomfortable. She's one of the elements that makes the show feel really real, and like I shouldn't be consuming it as light enjoyment.

I liked Sister Ingalls' back story a lot -- feet of clay, surprisingly human and ordinary.

Somebody, I don't know where, compared the guards and correctional staff to The Office.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Hey Penny Dreadful people! We're going to start watching it soon, and I've been told that there's a section early on (in the credits?) that has JilliFont issues. Can any of you give me a heads-up as to where I should brace myself/hide behind Clovis?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

There are several Jillifont issues throughout the series, not just in the beginning. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly where they were, but they freaked me out.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

The whole Poussey and Taystee storyline really hit me in the feelz, as did Miss Rosa.
