I couldn't even tell you why I'm still watching. Although the incandescent fairy sex last week was pretty funny. I don't know if that was the intention, but it made me laugh.
Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I was reading some interviews with Jensen and Jared where they talk about how they feel about their characters, where they feel protective of them, where they feel like they're friends of them, parts of them.
Ryan Kwanten seems like a great guy. I wonder how he feels about Jason. GOOD LORD. Although people are pretty much unlikable or boring or both.
I can't believe I thought the guy who set up his death was the shifter on the run with the black mundane. Hello PAYING NO ATTENTION.

Has anyone watched Banshee? It aired on Cinemax earlier this year and was just released on DVD. That show is INSANE! And Job. Job. One of the best characters ever! A kick-ass transgender computer hacker!

I should warn you, it is excessively violent and there's also a lot of sex. But it's a great mix of action and intrigue.
Definitely check out the pilot!

So yes I watched Banshee during its run. I think the show ultimately fails the "does this show make sense?" test, but no matter. The show is super-intense (as Rayne said, very violent) and the sex often does not make sense.
I will watch Season 2 because of the WTF factor, but it is just entertainment for me.
