Interesting how this episode had two different groups of people who'd offered to help one of Our Heroes in one way or another ultimately screwing those same people over. Beric and the Brotherhood giving Gendry to Mellisandre for gold, and Lady Olenna screwing over Sansa, mostly for the sheer delight at finally finding someone interesting in King's Landing. And Tywin's threat to appoint Loras to the Kingsguard.

The pieces are falling into place.
I would avoid any mention of that spoiler even in whitefont. It's too big.
Y'all mentioned that spoiler in discussion of SEASON ONE of this series. I thought it was coming 2 years ago. That was literally the only thing I remembered.

BTW, loved the little 7 Gods lullaby that Sam sung to Gilly's baby.
Sam and Gilly were so sweet. Then there was Jon and Ygritte, so fierce.

My takeaway?
Peter Dinklage: I mean, I don't know. A disaster, basically, but somehow it works.
That article was pretty cool, and very interesting. I laughed loudly at the banner gif.
