I don't give a shit what the arguments were, they are not going to let out a pedophile murderer from prison. Further, wasn't it in Florida where they messed up and didn't execute people correctly and had to re-attempt? We have precedent for that here.

I think there's a tone problem when we go from "check out the horrific explodo-corpse that keeps blinking" to "but blowing shit up is cool as long as we don't see the aftermath." If I'm supposed to take the situation seriously, casual carnage doesn't play so well.
