I was somewhat bewildered by all the assassination attempts and gun-pointing. But, okay, given that it's still going to hurt, waving a gun around is an effective threat.
I had more difficulty with them grinning smugly over the flaming remnants of a helicopter that presumably held bits of several never-dying people.
Well, those people were trying to kill them, so I can see why they wouldn't have been upset.
Yeah, if someone had just launched a missile through my house at me while I was holding a baby, I'd probably break out marshmallows to roast over their burning not-corpses afterwards.
Well, those people were trying to kill them,
Which is odd, given the premise.
I wasn't expecting the characters to be upset. I think there's a tone problem when we go from "check out the horrific explodo-corpse that keeps blinking" to "but blowing shit up is cool as long as we don't see the aftermath." If I'm supposed to take the situation seriously, casual carnage doesn't play so well.
agreed, Strega. it's all i could think of too. also, i am not remembering why people would be wanting to track down Gwen and kill her.
True Blood recap for those who need a refresher from last week:

I just found out that the past season of "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" was the final season. I had no idea!
I thought last season was! i was surprised we were getting more. bonus Iwan Rheon from Misfits.
TB: Polite, dazed, apologetic, yet still dangerous Eric is surprisingly endearing.
