Missed episode 2 of Boardwalk Empire. I think it recorded in the wee hours.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I really liked "Teenaged Papparrazzo" over and above my desire to ogle Mr. Grenier. He might actually be a documentarian...who knew?
Kevin Alejandro (Jesus from True Blood) was on Parenthood last night. He is so yummy!
I'm catching up on Entourage 7 (plus starting on the just-aired season of True Blood). Ent7 is a really strong season. I think it's the best one yet. The boys are not just being boys. E is working hard, doing a good job. Turtle is working hard and really trying to get businesses off the ground, even when they are falling apart as soon as he puts 1 + 1 together. Drama is stressing over his finances and trying to get a job (and it's great to see Wm. Fincher again). Vince is self-destructing with a porn star girlfriend and drugs. Ari is paying the price for his abuse of coworkers and employees. It's grounded, and there are serious consequences for the character's actions. Oh, and Billy the director is back, sober and observant. I have a few more eps but so far, I can't wait for next season and I highly recommend this season.
You know that she's really in porn, right? She's a good actress, too. Sad to say, I think "porn" and I think of those Pussy Patrol ladies from the ComicCon episode. I thought that she and Vince had good chemistry. I found this season a bit less vicarious and amusing, but it's a decent tradeoff for making things a bit more complicated.
I thought she might be, the way they were all talking, so I looked her up,and lo, there she was. I had to look up Randall whatsis the director also, I'd never heard of him, though I liked whatever it is that he directed that I've forgotten already.
I am so not a sports person, I have no idea who all those sports people are who Turtle was calling. I hate it when tv shows do that and commercials too, but I guess I'm in the minority with not knowing or caring about team sports very much.
It ended on just the right cliffhanger note. I read somewhere that next season is the last.
Ditto for Big Love. Last season wasn't that good, so I hope this next/last season is good for their swan song!
True Blood was okay. It reminded me of the 4th season of Big Love in that there were a lot of stories going on and some of them weren't that interesting. I could have done without the Sam's family story, I don't like where they seem to be going with Lafayette's boyfriend, nor with Hoyt and Jessica, and I really hated the storyline with Franklin and Tara. But then I'm always in the camp of wishing writers would figure out a way to make relationships interesting instead of making keeping relationships screwed up interesting. Hello, do you notice that Modern Family is a hit, plus Medium is still doing okay. Ooo! Johnny Depp has signed on to a new The Thin Man movie, speaking of great relationships. Can't wait for that one!
One was the millionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks...he ended up on "Countdown" once about something or other. One was some big deal in the Dallas Cowboys... I don't know much about sports, either, but some of those guys must be very famous.
I'd say Mark Cuban is pretty famous, he's one of the three non-Michael Jordan people I'm aware of from basketball.
