It ended on just the right cliffhanger note. I read somewhere that next season is the last.
Ditto for Big Love. Last season wasn't that good, so I hope this next/last season is good for their swan song!
True Blood was okay. It reminded me of the 4th season of Big Love in that there were a lot of stories going on and some of them weren't that interesting. I could have done without the Sam's family story, I don't like where they seem to be going with Lafayette's boyfriend, nor with Hoyt and Jessica, and I really hated the storyline with Franklin and Tara. But then I'm always in the camp of wishing writers would figure out a way to make relationships interesting instead of making keeping relationships screwed up interesting. Hello, do you notice that Modern Family is a hit, plus Medium is still doing okay. Ooo! Johnny Depp has signed on to a new The Thin Man movie, speaking of great relationships. Can't wait for that one!
Big Love is concluding with Season 5. That announcement was just made.

One was the millionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks...he ended up on "Countdown" once about something or other.
One was some big deal in the Dallas Cowboys...
I don't know much about sports, either, but some of those guys must be very famous.
I'd say Mark Cuban is pretty famous, he's one of the three non-Michael Jordan people I'm aware of from basketball.
Game of Thrones: interview (video) with costume designer Michele Clapton.
Stephen Warbeck is going to score
Game of Thrones.
Any relation to Perkin?
And i09 has a story with pictures about the locations.
Just finished watching _The Tudors_. So much eye candy. Poor Anne of Cleves... i wasn't shocked that they decided to have Henry bed her long after their marriage ended, but then was surprised that she didn't even show up after that. Just *pouf* ignored. That made me a little sad. "hey, so you made it through marriage a virgin, now you get deflowered in an isolated encounter and no one remembers you after the debacle of Kitty Howard. Good luck with that rest of your life thing."
Do they plan on continuing later seasons for Edward, Mary, and Elizabeth's reigns?
erin,
no. apparently the show was a drain on the creator who nearly wrote every episode.
ouch, understandable. Plus, lots of movies have already covered most of that time period (_Lady Jane_ and the Cate Blanchett _Elizabeth_ spring to mind quite vividly.)
The final two episodes of this season of The Big C broke me. Did it get renewed for a 2nd season?
