And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Interesting side line. Now I feel bad about what happened to Ellsworth all over again.

Compassionately intolerant

gianormous douche-nozzle Seth Green

Seriously! I have to keep turning to my friend who likes the show and defend him to her. He's not really like that! Or at least I don't think so.

Given how many people he's worked with in the past turn up doing voices on Robot Chicken (and doing commentary tracks), I'm guessing not.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Is he playing himself?

Oh, man, I do love me some Entourage.

Ari Gold is love. Love love love love love. Although, actually, I have big warm fuzzies for all the ensemble - they're SO entertaining. Bless.

But I have such the crush on Ari Gold. Gah. (Or possibly I mean Jeremy Piven. Maybe both.)

Oh lord, yes. That's part of what makes it such an awe-inspiring douchieness.

Art Crawl!!!

OMG. The producers for Game of Thrones posted on the ASOIAF forum - asking for casting suggestions:

Hello everyone--

We just wanted to say 'Hi,' and thank you guys for everything: your love of the amazing world George has created, your enthusiasm for the HBO adaptation -- and of course, your casting expertise. It's hardly been two days since George, Elio and Linda put the call out, and you've already made dozens of great suggestions, the vast majority of which are new to us. It's crucial that we get the casting right, and you're all providing invaluable help in that area.

We'll be neck deep in pre-production soon, so apologies in advance if we're unable to respond to every individual question or suggestion. But we'll be checking in as often as possible, and when decisions are finally made, we'll let you know as soon as the ink is dry. And when things are a bit further down the road with production, we'll do a Westeros email interview or online chat. Who knows, maybe George can even drop in and join us, Old Gods willing.

Until then, we look forward to all your thoughts -- this is a labor of love for us, and it's an honor to have so many Maesters watching over us and making sure we get it right.

Valar Morghulis,

David and Dan ("D.B.")

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sookie was definitely too holier-than-thou considering her own uniqueness.

What the fuck was Bill doing pushing a political agenda? I'm glad he defended himself so aptly and that Eric stood up for him, too.

Bill's punishment sounds like it's going to toss another complicated person into the mix. Jessica's going to follow him home, isn't she?

Poor Eddie.

What the hell was up with the woman in the road with the pig?

Not having seen the show in question, I'm going to hazard a guess that she was waiting for a horse to walk into a bar? Or possibly hoping to be given a lift somewhere by a rabbi, a priest and an imam?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

(laughing)

Cashmere,

I believe she was a shapeshifter.
