Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Did Elmer want to marry/have his evil ways with someone?

Yup, and it was a very progressive marriage indeed.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Eeee! Thanks for the links. I'm not at my desk and writing this on a computer without a speaker, but I'll check these out as soon as I'm able.

Come to think of it, almost any opera would be rockin' in a cartoon form. Or with puppetry. A friend of mine told me there is a special troupe in Austria or somewhere that tours with a production of Don Giovanni w/ puppets. Leporello's little black book/scroll made of felt! Puppet!statue of the Commandatore! It sounds too awesome to be borne.

Art Crawl!!!

TVGuide's post-Emmy party interviews with Jamie Bamber and James Callis. (Scroll down - they are there.)

The one with Jamie Bamber is not for the people who want no taint of spoiler to come near them. But you should watch it with the sound off because he's just so darn cute.

What a lovely couple of guys - personality-wise, that is. And otherwise, too, of course. Man, I'm practically salivating for this damn season to start.

(x-posted from When Come Back Bring Tape ...)

Um, er, can anyone help me get my mitts on the episodes of Eureka? Y'see, we don't have cable, but after reading through Boxed Set, it sounds like I very much need to see Eureka (as does the Devilbunny. I think he'll want to move there).

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Jilli, they're rerunning the first 5 episodes this weekend, I think (but not the pilot. If you can't crash the home of a person with scifi, I can burn you a DVD.

If you could burn me a DVD, I would be hugely in your debt.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jilli, check the Sci Fi channel and see if the pilot's still up--it used to be.
