A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I have confidence in MM doing a great job with Linderman.
Well, thank you.
Oh, wait. Right.
Anywhosit...I assumed the painting was of Isaac himself, which...well, I wouldn't mind so much. He's starting to annoy the holy hell out of me, frankly.
My reaction to the Sylar/Mohinder interaction scenes:
Drink up, little bitch. Yeah, there you go...night night.
A tuning fork? A TUNING FORK?! MOHINDER, YOU MAGNIFICENT BASTARD!!
Okay, seriously...FOUR genes allow you to totally defy physics? Wow, ain't nature grand? Also...I want a TV computer. I want a Heroes/CSI laptop that is faster than God's Corvette and has completely useless but pretty looking interfaces.
Yeah, that's right, Sylar. Someone's gonna shoot your ass and you ain't got no Claire-ity healing power, so...DAMN! MOHINDER REALLY SHOT HIM! DAMN! THAT'S SO--
Oh, Mohinder, you dumb fuck.
Later: Hey, Mohinder...I appreciate your love for Lionel Richie, but...anyway, that's gonna leave a mark. You dumb fuck.

I want Jack Bauer's cell phone, or at least the (a) batteries and (b) the coverage.

Hee! Not that I advocate torture, even for murderous psychopaths, but seriously, he tortured him with a TUNING FORK. Mohinder is fucking
hardcore, y'all.
What does the comic show? I'm too lazy to go look myself.
The curare and the tuning fork were very clever. It seems to me that Mohinder got a little to wrapped up in the gene sequencing or whatever and forgot to make sure his plan was still working. I liked that it was such a small mistake, not seeing the stopcock was turned. I also loved how clear he was "What you did was murder, what I do now is revenge", not justice or saving the world or necessary sacrifice or anythibng, just straight up revenge. That made me like Mohinder more than anything else he's done, I think.

Definitely the first (and possibly last) time I've loved Mohinder. He really kinda enjoyed that just a leeeettle too much.

Ha, that was so fucking awesome.

It says that
Bennet actually got Hana's help for his plan to send Claire away.
That made me like Mohinder more than anything else he's done, I think.
Yeah, Mohinder was pretty badass this episode. Never would have expected that!
What does the comic show?
I'll whitefont, because it's not technically broadcast, though I think it's canon:
In between leaving the destroyed house and getting to the bridge to get shot, Mr. Bennett brought Hana (Wireless) in to do some unnamed thing to help Claire.
Guess that answered that.
-t, I think whitefont is appropriate given that I felt mildly spoiled when Hana first showed up and nearly all of her scenes were things I'd seen/learned in the comics already. So because of that, I do imagine what's in the comic this week is canon, and I'm waiting for them to divulge that information in an episode.
Although many of the early comics were never talked about on the show.
Huh. I'm sorry they didn't have time to show it. (re. the comic) -- it's a dropped storyline I've been wondering about.
Ha, that was so fucking awesome.
I was actually talking kinda ironically. Heh. Like, he didn't have some Metallica in his music collection on the laptop? There had gotta be something wee bit more painful to Sylar's ear than a tuning fork.
