You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I dislike the term empath used to describe Peter, because he's not empathic.

He's a mimic. Although the old X-Men character called the Mimic [link] could only duplicate the X-Men's powers as long as he was near them. Duplicate Boy from the first version of the LSH had the same ability as Peter.

Sooner or later Peter's gonna remember how to read minds. That should be fun for Nathan and Claude.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I've been meaning to ask this for weeks. I keep seeing the name David Simkins on the credits of The Dresden Files. Did he sorta-kinda briefly work as the show-runner on Angel, in a I-wasn't-thinking-about-you-when-you-were-here way? The name is very familiar.

Cindy, he was (briefly) the showrunner that didn't seem to realize how invested Joss is in keeping spoilers close to the vest. He revealed a lot of stuff about the upcoming Faith arc, and even Angelus if I'm not mistaken, in interviews before "creative differences" forced him to seek other employment.

Now tagless for your comfort.

After tonight, Heroes won't be back until April 23rd.

Since I'm like five episodes behind which are stored on my dvr, I may be finally able to catch up.

What is even happening?

Oh, that's right. I maybe kind of loved him for that, loving spoilers as I do (but the job should have gone to Tim or Jeff in the first place, anyhow).

Oh, no more Heroes for that long? Ugh. Almost all my shows are doing that to me, and I have so many.

Psst... you should take this time to rent S1 of the Boy/Boy Melodrama (as Certain People Involved With the Show Have Dubbed It).

(I mean, I just want you and Buffy to understand who and what took her place as the One True Character in my heart, you know.)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Pleeeeeeeeei. You're making me embarrassed to love said show, you know.

They don't mean the slash like THAT!

Okay, so Sera Gamble DID say she teases Kripke by calling it the Epic Love Story of Sam and Dean, but she's *teasing* him. Though it's true, in a purely fraternal sort of way, seeing as family is the whole core of the show.

Art Crawl!!!

The promo for next week's BSG is well-worth watching. It reveals a particular CASTING spoiler! when you see the entire thing and not the 2 second version we saw after the "bonus" scene.

I am leaving. You are about to explode. ~Teal'c, 'Talion'

One of my favorite memories is my little Julia (I think she was 2 and a half) patting me on the bum (because that's what she could reach) and saying, "Mommy, I torry Bucky died."

Now that's a proper fanchild response. Well done, Cindy, well done. I had to send mine to bed so I could sniffle over Starbuck in peace. (Then again, she's long past cute... Mine, I mean, not Starbuck :) Also, so I could come here where the sane people would remind me that nobody really dies in genre till the last ep airs. And sometimes, not even then.

~~Shuffling off to the corner of sayitiddn'tso, there to remain until further notice.
