A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
But in both cases, isn't there an element of those powers that requires some kind of contact with Peter's mind?
Maybe he has to be around someone when they are actually using their powers. So, he doesn't have to touch them, but if they aren't using their powers when he's near them, he doesn't absorb it. Claire would have automatically been using her powers when Sylar was there.
Dunno about the lockers thing, but since Claude was visible to Peter (and vice versa) I assume that his invisibility is in fact something that affects perception rather than actually bending light to avoid it reflecting off him.
I'd be surprised (pleasantly) if the invisibility power were that thoroughly thought out.
Note that Claude was 'visible' to IR detection.
Perhaps lowering your ambient body-temperature is a different power.
wrong thread! No idea what ita's talking about. Nothing to see here! Just like Claude!
you know, I'd never heard that word. If I'd ever seen it, I'd assume it was prerequisite misspelled.
Psst. Natter is over ---> that way.
Andi thinks Peter may be becoming Superman, in essence.
He's actually Duplicate Boy.

I wonder--can Peter only use powers he knows about? Suppose he stood next to someone by mistake--or, say, all of Sylar's other powers, ones he didn't use in their fight.
He didn't know what was going on when Matt was trying to read his mind. But I think someone's already pointed that out.
Cindy, you made me snorfle.
I'm a little worried for Peter. All Powerful Hero seems like it would be hard to maintain while keeping things interesting. Hmmm.
