Peter can't heal other people, only himself.
'Unleashed'
Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
But I wonder if he can use his empathy to project the healing ability elsewhere?
Am I right in thinking Peter can only use one power at a time? As in, can't fly while invisible?
we don't know. He probably doesn't know. He can barely concentrate enough to use one power, let alone two.
Hiro moved time back one second the first time we saw him, IIRC.
Jessica, I share your frustration with the (d)evolution of Cally. I used to actually like her, and she was this cute kind of little sister to the guys, and she bit a guy's ear off... now she's just a nagging wife. Same with Dee... now she just stands by her (emo, boozing, in-love-with-someone-else) man.
It just feels like BSG has gotten so unfocused. I can't quite give up on it, b/c of my deep and abiding Starbuck love, but it sure is unsatisfying these days.

Oh, very good point!
Hiro and Ando walking dazed through the carnage they had hidden from was so funny! There were cars on fire and they hadn't seen a thing happen! And then, not a scratch on the Versa!
Poor Ando. I hope he follows Hiro to Vegas. It's destiny!
Who else mentioned destiny last night? Was it Nuclear Ted? Or Skylar?
Sylar was rambling on about destiny and karma to Mohinder.

I seem to remember they had this problem last season too around this time -- they seem to flounder a bit in-between mini-arcs.
I'm getting a tad bit "eh" about BSG, but like Jessica says, it's the in-between eps that make me that way. I'm still into it, and can still enjoy some aspects of even the worst eps (last week's Helo ep at least had shirtless Helo in it, so I was still relatively happy). Unlike my disillusionment with Lost, which I haven't tuned into since they came back from break.
Sci-Fi.com has an "On the Set with Jim Butcher" video for the Dresden Files:
He's so earnestly ecstatic about his books being made into a TV show.
