Sylar was rambling on about destiny and karma to Mohinder.
Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It just feels like BSG has gotten so unfocused.
I seem to remember they had this problem last season too around this time -- they seem to flounder a bit in-between mini-arcs.
I'm getting a tad bit "eh" about BSG, but like Jessica says, it's the in-between eps that make me that way. I'm still into it, and can still enjoy some aspects of even the worst eps (last week's Helo ep at least had shirtless Helo in it, so I was still relatively happy). Unlike my disillusionment with Lost, which I haven't tuned into since they came back from break.
Sci-Fi.com has an "On the Set with Jim Butcher" video for the Dresden Files:
He's so earnestly ecstatic about his books being made into a TV show.
So, really a 13 episode season could be a really good idea. (Perhaps they should have just conceived of this as 1 thirteen week arc and 1 9 week arc - maybe they could have kept it focussed.)
sweet! Thanks Kalshane!
Did you see the "Ask questions for PB" thread?
sumi, I think I agree with that: if they're going to continue breaking up the seasons, make them into mini-seasons.
Is Heroes going on Hiatus after March 5th? (After episode 18)
The only question I can think of to ask Paul Blackthorne is, "why are there no photos of you shirtless on the entire Internet?" And I'm not going to ask that.
The "On the Set with Jim Butcher" video was so cute. He's in heaven, right there. And Terrence Mann seems like a really nice guy.
I want Bob to sing. Just once. Crank out Greensleeves or something. It would be a shame to cast an actor who can sing like Mann and not use his voice.
That was a very cute video.
So, really a 13 episode season could be a really good idea.
I've been thinking the same thing, since I kind of feel the way smonster does about the lack of focus. Though, it sounds like they'll be dealing with Baltar next, so maybe that'll be a coherent arc.
ETA: Adorkable video.
