A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

You may need more exposure to the facade for the radioactive superstrength woobie rays to properly penetrate.
I think Plei's right. If you don't know Dean up to that point (Home), you can't tell that that right there is Dean cracking. And yeah, that's totally the point where half the fandom went, "Oh Dean."
Going in order worked really well for me, but if you're going all the way to DMB, you might as well do the finale sequence and IMTOD. Frankly, I'm pretty vague on the distinction between between DMB, Salvation, and DT--they all blur together for me. But I do know how DT ended. Ahem.
Skin's pretty good, although possibly better in retrospect; it's got some strong character moments, plus it's valuable backstory for later, even though it seems like a one-off. But really, there's no reason to subject Dana to all of Route 666--you could just skip everything but the nekkid!Dean.
BSG will be back for at least 13 episodes in season 4, Sci-Fi officially announces Here
That makes three announcements, doesn't it?
Niki slumps down with her back to the mirror in the bedroom and starts talking to Jessica, who is sitting next to her.
wasn't that the folded closet door?
Ain't it cool news announced the BSG renewal early, making all but an official announcement posted at the official seem slightly squirrelly to me. Apologies for posting the same info again!
wasn't that the folded closet door?
That's what I thought, too. I didn't realize it was the mirrored door until she stood up to leave.
Dresden Files: We don't know that Raskin didn't take her boyfriend's ears and teeth after he died. If that was all that remained to free her, his death would have been a waste if she didn't. I can imagine that she did, and that was the thing that sent her to the loonybin.
(Okay, basically it's sloppy writing, but I can handwave it to my satifaction.)
Is it wrong that my mind is writing not only a fanfic which takes care of this "missing scene", but also supplies the pr0n behind Harry and Heather's sudden lurve? ... Yes.

but didn't she become human after he died? there was a flash of light and she said that it worked. She didn't take his ears after the fact.

I rewatched the scene. The closet doors were both closed, so it was one flat surface. Both Niki and Jessica are sitting on the floor with the mirrored doors behind them.

Hm. She said that it worked, but she said that BEFORE he died. If all it took to cure her was the ninth death, without the ritual, she still wouldn't have really been cured before he was actually dead. Even though she turned back human before he died. Does that make sense? Either way, she wasn't cured at the moment when she said she was. The tufts of hair they had collected looked human to me; all curly, nothing like the CGI werewolves, so I assumed it didn't matter when the "signs" were taken - before or after death/changing back to human. She could have freaked out and cut off his ears and dug out his teeth while human, as Harry scrambles away from the crazy former werewolf and locks Heather in the lab and calls the cops, who arrive about the time Raskin totally loses it and has to be restrained and sedated. Since they caught her raving, with teeth and ears in hand, they have their "serial killer" and Harry's off the hook. And no one mentions the fact that Harry let himself out of jail, because of that warrentless-search thing Raskin did at his apartment. (There was no way they got a warrent for that. They had no justification for suspicion at all.)
I like fanfic.
