The flail was conspiciously absent for me last night. I'm not sure how much of it was my migraine, and how much of it was that the episode was more thinky meat than many eps, but it was actually kind of a nice change.
Except for the migraine, I mean.

This is very true. I can't believe I still watch it. I know it's bad. I just want it to end.

I can't count the number of times I have been watching an episode, and I think, "Huh, this is a pretty good episode!" And then I also realize, at the same time, that there's been no Lana. And I wonder if the two things are connected. I didn't even realize there was no Lana in "Justice" until afterward, which made it even more understandable that it was a good episode.

Nah, it wasn't a flaily episode. Much more think than flail. Which works, as my poor heart couldn't have taken much more flail after Nightshifter. I needed a flail break.
(watching the various levels of emotion cross their faces during some scenes is AMAZING)
