Mal: Can I come in? Inara: No. Mal: See? That's why I usually don't ask.

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have a hate-on for Cally too, Beverly. Not as well-articulated as yours, but I nodded like hell at your post.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ficcers and vidders take note - it's canon now...

Mrs Ron: I notice none of the women are sweating...
RDM: Yeah, well they're not in love with each other the way those two are.

(From the podcast, on the extreme shiny sweatiness of Anders and Lee in the tent.)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Well, at least it's canon as far as Mrs. Ron is concerned.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

The clip and the comic give a very strong indication of what that something is.

Wasn't somebody's kid talking about/making an eclipse viewer ? I have no idea where I got that, if it wasn't on the show, but feel I should whitefont.

Our wings are not tired.

Must have been on the show Vortex, because I saw that too.

Still hating Cally with 1,000 burning suns-hate.

Guess I wasn't the only one hoping she got shot by the Cylons. Heh.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Maybe she's the Cylon.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Thanks, again, Kalshane! I appreciate your indulgence.

Also, I lied. I just bought the first book.

Must have been on the show Vortex, because I saw that too.

And, considering the "Heroes" logo/show opening, it makes sense. Why am I still whitefonting? It was the eclipse.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Why am I still whitefonting? It was the eclipse.

yeah, that's always been my impression. what i'm curious about is the fact that HRG has apparently been doing this for years though. didn't he sort of imply that Claire's birth parents were "special" and that "studying" them became problematic and they were killed. (i can't remember if it was just the mother discussed or mother and father.)

That's true. but there have been lots of eclipses, so maybe a different eclipse activated people's powers previously.
