Gateworld seems to be confirming the story.
Talk about your bad timing...
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

Jeebus. Congatulations on 200! You're cancelled.
Wow.
That's...I mean, I don't even watch the show, but...wow. I thought it was still going strong in its tenth (!) season.
Congatulations on 200! You're cancelled.
It's kind of like Angel and its 100th episode. I don't remember how far apart the two events occurred, though.
Wait, wait, there was wank, and I missed it?
No, that's probably a good thing, this week. I foresee extensive use of the scrolly-wheel in my future.
Even though quite often I find myself rolling my eyes during episodes, I'm still verklempt at the news. 11 years is a huge run.
Umm, does that mean it's completely done right now?
Or does that mean that they finish out the season?
Wait, wait, there was wank, and I missed it?
I got inklings of wank when the new challenge was posted. Missed the actual wank though.
And argh! Just when they got their mojo back! Although they might have just used UP all their mojo, I suppose...
Uh, oh. Release the hounds fen.
Gateworld claims they'll air the remaining eps in production. It would be stupid even by SciFi's standards if they didn't.
I wonder how much the Gekko folks are wishing they'd restarted as a new show like they mentioned wanting to do with season 9.
Maybe they can take some of the cast and start a new show about space pirates?

If you read the Variety story, it sounds very much like the SG-1 PTB were told right before the 200th-episode party. Which, you know, give them a couple of days to bask, will you?
As I said elsewhere, though, I'm not at all surprised Sci-Fi did that. Sci-Fi is the do-that channel.
Sniff. I'll miss you, show!

See, here's what you do. You take Cameron and Vala, and they get... let's call it shot... through a wormhole...
