A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I liked the episode, but didn't love it. I did love Ava, though. Better than Jo, so I hope we see more of Ava.
I didn't love that Dean couldn't figure out how to escape from Gordon,
This. I mean, on the roof Dean was wailing on Gordon like whoa. And then Gordon takes Dean down with two shots? Give me a break. I know it's another instance of us being shown that Sam really can take care of himself, but it's starting to get a little heavy-handed.
I'm going to have to go back and rewatch the very beginning as I got back from the laundry room just a little late. Also, the very end. I didn't realize they had found Ava's ring. Hell, I'm just going to rewatch the entire episode, there's always more to be gleaned from a second viewing.

There was sulphur on the windowsill.
OK, I watched. Granted I had no backstory to work with, which would have helped. It was quite pretty to watch. But not enough for me to schedule for it. One of these days I will see a DVD set and pick it up and marathon through in a week or two. Until then I will enjoy the discussion and pretty pics posted. Too few hours to add another show in my life.
It is not fair for me to pass judgment on one episode, but the mood was too bleak non-stop for me. I like more light moments to balance it out. Also, sorry, Dean's accent bothers me.
It was interesting enough, particularly visually, that I will put it on my summer viewing list. Continue where you were....
OK, I've finally watched "Supernatural." I understand the love.
Also, "Smallville" seems to be back to the sort of cracktasticness I actually enjoy. Mostly just back watching it because of Green Arrow, and the Jr. Justice League that apppears in the promo, but really the "Clark pretends to be Superhero X to protect his identity, wherein the value of X is usually Batman, is pretty much a classic, and was fun to see.
Dean's accent?
I thought that Katharine Isabelle was doing an odd thing. She didn't sound quite Canadian to me but not really very Illinois. She was from Peoria, CanIllinois.
I love how Sam's accent, and this seems to be when they're having conversations in the car - gets stronger when he's talking to Dean.
Dean's accent?
It just sounds odd to me at times. Then again, I was raised in the NE so my ears may be odd.
Well, JA and JP are both from Texas. If that explains matters.
Are the characters from Texas?
They were born in Kansas, but started moving around (presumably I'm not sure what the canon is for how much moving they did as children) when Dean was 4 and Sam was a baby after their mother was killed by the Yellow eyed demon.
The characters are "from" Kansas, but stopped being "from" anywhere when Dean was 4 and Sammy was a baby.
