A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Well, it didn't affect Matt's power as such. He just wasn't used to looking into a mirror facing a mirror. It affected him.
Weren't they both getting a painful feedback sound/feeling though?
I also certify the idea of Nathan flying off with Peter as both good and sound.
Yeah, I thought that both Matt and Peter were getting painful feedback.
And Eric Kripke is evil. Even though I didn't really expect to get the answer to that question until at least the January premiere.
I had three or four momentary blackouts in my SPN feed. And one of them was in the last scene, so I was sure I was going to miss the answer. Nope, the feed held steady. The camera panned away, and Dean remained silent.
"Kripke! Noooo!"
I hate waiting.
So where would a girl, who will shamelessly admit that she watches Smallville for nothing but the Lex, get the last minute of the show?
And Eric Kripke is evil.
TOTALLY.
But by this point, isn't it pretty ridiculously clear that the Big Secret involves Sam being part-demon somehow?
I was watching SPN and going, "Well, this is clearly a Night of the Living Dead homage." Then Dean mentioned the freakin' movie by name.
Then I thought, "well, at least the heroic black man didn't die," then... err. Ooops. Sometimes, I kind of love this show for its lack of subtlety.
I rather enjoyed that, and am pleasantly surprised because John Shiban, he of the Killer Kitties episode and the mastermind behind Butt Genie, has actually been turning in watchable episodes in SPN.
That scene with Sam and Dean where Dean refused to leave had me going, "oh, COME ON! Talk about shameless emotional pandering!", except for the part of me that was going, "aww, Dean loves his little brother! (but not in an icky way!)"
John Shiban, he of the Killer Kitties episode
The what now? I must not have gotten to this one yet. I'm only through "Home" in my S1 watch.

Sorry, P-C. I was talking about Shiban's *snort* illustrious The X-Files career. (And was confused when you mentioned "Home", because I was all, "Home? That's not until season 4!" as TXF also had an episode by that name. A hell of an episode that was, too. Ahhh, Mrs. Peacock.) Shiban's been writing much better MotW eppies on SPN than he did on TXF.
Will someone explaine the Killer Kitties to me? I think I watched all the
X-Files
episodes at one time or another, but perhaps hysterical amnesia has blocked it from easy recall.
Yes, most likely I'm asking to be horrified all over again, and not in the good way.
