Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Right? With the arms? I love the arms.

Also, Rodney? He loves Batman. Batman is his hero. Will you write me an AU where Rodney is a very grumpy Batman and John is his Dick? You know, after Amish!Rodney.

With the arms, and the slouch, and the sunglasses, and the SLOUCHING.

And an AU where Rodney is Batman is making my brain hurt. Oh god. I'm trying to map John and Rodney on DC characters and eventually my coworkers will want to know why I'm crying with laughter.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

John would make a good Blue Beetle.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

You just know, when Ronon was telling the story about his superhero, Rodney was thinking "Batman could rip people's entrails out if he wanted to."

Seriously, I bet there's a fic in there. John is a Superman-type, Rodney's a Batman-type. They could have a whole debate! And then sex.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Two thread nanny points--lots of general TV discussion. Not the place.

Also, I ended up reading SGA spoilers because I thought it was a Torchwood discussion--make sure you indicate which shows you're talking about.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I have to admit i'm fascinated by The Sarah Chronicles. especially if it's going to be circa T2 because it was always my favorite. i like this kid too. i think he'd make a good John.

John would make a good Blue Beetle.

John already is Hal Jordan.

Art Crawl!!!

That was a fun Smallville promo. (All the Smallvilles with less Clark have been better than all the Smallvilles with more Clark so the Junior or Young Justice League should be fun.)

Meanwhile, Croatoan is fun. I'm wondering if the ex-Marine will turn out to know John Winchester.

ION, I discovered that the first Librarian film is On Demand - also On Demand are some Librarian 2 extras.
