Peter's also dreamed of Nathan's car crash and Simone's dad so I wonder if that's part of his own powers?

Jan. 22nd is too far away wahhhh!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I think Peter is going to have to learn to control his powers in such a way that he only draws on someone else's power when he needs too.

What is even happening?

But, if you look at the bulk of the names on the show… Isaac. Matt. Peter. Gabriel. Micah. You might see a connection – or you might see a connection that we didn’t see.
Hmmm.

Isaac is a favored/longed-for son, nearly sacrificed, the father of twins. Matthew and Peter are apostles. Gabriel is an angel. Micah is a prophet. One of the men named Nathan in the Bible is also a prophet (another is a son of King David, another is featured in accounts of the captivity, and there's a Nathanael in the NT Gospel of John, who is probably the apostle Bartholomew). Eden is also biblically significant. Simone is close to Simon and Simeon.

Of course, that leaves Jessica/Niki, Claire, and possibly DL out. I wonder if it has more to do with the meaning of the names.

eta...

I wonder what Mohinder and Chandra mean?

Jessica/Niki

This makes me wonder if one of the writers is a fan of One Life to Live. Jessica is a character on the soap that has multiple personality disorder, and Niki is the name of another character with multiple personality disorder's alter ego. Which is very fitting for Jessica/Niki.

sj thank you! It's been bugging me for a week now -- why the Jessica/Niki combo was pinging me but I just couldn't get it duh!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Niki is the name of Viki's alter ego, and Jessica is Viki's daughter.

Yeah I know that's why I couldn't get it until sj mentioned it. I used to watch OLTL all the time.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

In the interview linked to above, they state explicitly it's a coincidence.
