A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
This makes me wonder if one of the writers is a fan of One Life to Live. Jessica is a character on the soap that has multiple personality disorder, and Niki is the name of another character with multiple personality disorder's alter ego. Which is very fitting for Jessica/Niki.
In the interview linked to above, they state explicitly it's a coincidence.
Sumi, do they just have S1?
No, they just have season 2.
SCORE!
Because S1 I couldn't justify (have on DVD), but S2? Oh yeah.
I think Chandra means moon.
And Suresh is very close to Suraj, which means sun. But, ah, Suresh looks to be synonymous with Indra. Otherwise known as the Destroyer.
Haaaaaaa. Mohin means attractive.
Yeah well Mohinder brings on the pretty all right. And I have no complaints about his acting. For the same love would they let someone else write the narration. Or better yet could we do without it? I have yet to see anything in the opening and closing narration advance the story or add emotional depth to anything that has happened.
t On edit
Cut out the TWOP ref above - because while I think they generally are not thrilled with opening and closing narratives, don't know if it bothers them as much as me.
Or better yet could we do without it?
Well, we didn't have any in this week's episode.
You are right, as far as I can remember, and it was better for it.
