A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I've managed to miss Heroes completely this season (missed the first two eps and decided not to jump in mid-arc), but SciFi is running the first six eps tonight (from 6-midnight, Eastern time), so I think I'm going to tune in and get (mostly) caught up on the show.
I'm betting the show works like gangbusters in large consecutive doses.
Vortex, me either!
Those glasses really change the look of the dude. [link]
was just watching a "best of Ari" vid on youtube and realized Charlie from Heroes was in Entourage! she played Dana Gordon's secretary.
Hee! Ando said "baka". Nice to know my Japanese from college hasn't completely disappeared.
Well, I caught the first five eps, and am currently taping the sixth (I spent the first half of talking to my sister, so figured I'd just tape and watch it later). Things I've learned so far:
- waking up in mid-autopsy is one of the freakiest things I could imagine
- Hiro and his English-speaking buddy are the cutest couple on TV
- English-speaking Future!Hiro (complete with sword) is sex-ay
- I'm already tired of the leech Hero and his politician brother--I hope that changes soon
- Mohinder = TEH HOTT!!!
Every time I see a Nikki/Jessica scene, I think of what Glory could have been and weep at the wasted potential.
I guess I would agree, Matt, but I find Nikki/Jessica to be the least interesting so far.
And yet I really enjoy DL & Micah.

"Heroes" broke the top ten for what I believe is the first time.
I hardly know how to respond to having an arcy show that I adore about people with superpowers and issues be all popular and stuff. Guess I'll go with... yay!! <
I don't mind if a ton of folks watch it and it's popular. Kinda sucks when you have a shiney cool show and they don't advertise it and cancel it after one season... but we wouldn't know anything about that on this board.
(oops, my first post... ducking now, and trying to find my way around. Anyone got a map for this place? Is there a GPS d/l for it?)
Welcome omnis audis!
I know -- isn't it odd to have a fun arcy show be one of the top new shows on a major network?
Just imagine, next season, the other networks are all going to try to imitate it.
