Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
To get Claire off his back. I don't think he wants Claire to meet them. I think that he wants to meet them.
Yep. This is what I thought as well.
There's also the question of who's bankrolling him. Lindermann?
Yeah, we haven't had the Linderman connection to him just yet, although is it perhaps a wee bit convenient that they showed up for Nathan? Did Linderman tip them off?
That might explain why it was so easy for Daddy to get into the hotel to grab Nathan.
Right, I should perhaps finish reading posts before replying sometimes.
Have we ever seen Linderman? What if Daddy=Linderman? Hummmm....
Have we ever seen Linderman? What if Daddy=Linderman? Hummmm....
If you mean Horn-rimmed-glasses!Daddy, then probably not since Nathan said Linderman's a friend of the family and he's seen Hrg!D. However, Linderman could be Birth!Daddy.
I've wondered that myself, Dawn. We haven't seen Linderman, and...yeah, Claire's dad certainly seems like a good candidate. Or maybe Mysterious Black Guy. Who knows?
I love the way Ali Larter differentiates Niki and ikiN Jessica ikiN. Her voice and mannerisms and demeanor completely change; it's no wonder Micah can tell them apart over the phone.
Yeah. Linderman is probably too old to be = Bennett. But when he does make an appearance, it's gonna be something major.
IMDb seems to think
Sean Bean
is playing Sylar, which I think must be a mistake or a prank. But! Wouldn't it be great if it's true?
Ha! I heard that rumor too, Vonnie, but my friend didn't tell me who he was supposed to be playing. It would certainly be great if it were true.
He's way too high profile for a fledging show like this one. But he's certainly good at playing a heavy. I think it's a wishful thinking from a fangirl, personally.
then probably not since Nathan said Linderman's a friend of the family
Oh I'd forgotten about that.
But when he does make an appearance, it's gonna be something major.
Yup... I could see him as Claire's bio-dad
I was glad to see part of Micah's powers.
I read a little article in People about Masi Oka and it said that he translates his dialog into Japanese because he's particular about how Hiro says things... such a cutie!
Nathan has no idea what the paintings mean. Why keep it from Peter?
Because Nathan's an asshole? Or, er, he's his brother, and an asshole.
Or, quite possibly he wants to see it for himself, first.
I thought that the tattoo would develop as the person became aware/powers strengthened, which would explain why ikiN has a full tattoo, and Niki's has just started.
It would be cool if when Niki's tattoo became fully formed, the two would merge to form one person with memories of both.
Or? ikiN's abilities and confidence, and Niki's base personality...
