Yeah, didn't ahem S2. I've seen some still shots, in which he looks quite goofy.
I suppose I should say that I have seen him, but I didn't put together that he was Crouch the younger in the last HP movie until waaaaaay after the fact.
'Destiny'
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

if you haven't seen the BBC adaptation of Casanova with Tennant, i highly recommend it. he's fantastic in it.
Speeking of the Beeb, they also have podcast commentaries for this series up on their Doctor Who website, including the Christmas special.
Nice lead in to the new Torchwood series too.
tiggy, thanks, I'll have to try and find that.
Can't wait for next week!
I love that they brought back Lady Cassandra and the Face of Bo.
and that they're appearance and reappearance both came in the second episodes. Nice symmetry.
Loved the kitties! Bad kitties. No! *flicks their noses*
Well, second episode if you cound the Christmas ep, which, it wasn't like it aired the week before, on BBC.
I want the kitties to come back. That look the head cat gave him?
These were the only two I ahemmed, so next week is new for me.
Think we can talk SciFi into airing all the commercials at the beginning and end of the hour? Because they really frell the flow.
Also, what's up with the DVD coming out in January? Have these peopel not heard of Christmas gifts?
Still love Harriet Jones, and hope she's around for Torchwood. Really hope Jack wasn't around for this. He's going to make me sad enough as it is. I've been telling people who are worried about Ten that, by the end of CI, he was my Doctor. Nevermind that when I watch any of last season, Nine becomes My Doctor again. I'm like that, and deeply in love with the show as a whole, which helps everything.
I think it will take a few more episodes before the whole, "not just a new face, but actually a new person, in a lot of ways" really sinks in, because I think they're playing up the character continuity, which is likely a good thing.

The Durham, NC area PBS station is advertising that they'll be showing Tennant's Casanova on October 8. So folks who are interested might want to check their local PBSs. (I understand schedules can vary a bit.)
I think it's to be part of Masterpiece Theatre, if that makes the local search easier.

Aaaand Tivo is on the case.
God I love you people. (And also my Tivo.)
