You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

he's magnetizing the air particles around the object. It's how he flies waves hands.

None of the gases in the atmosphere are magnetic. I always thought he flew by tapping into the Earth's magnetic field. <flaps arms a lot...>

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

<flaps arms a lot...>

Ya know, that flying thing might work better for you if you manipulated the earth's magnetic field....

Magneto has also tossed people around by their haemoglobin, so he's a pesky critter.

I actually looked the haemoglobin thing up earlier. The average human body has about 3 grams of iron in it. By comparison, a nickel weighs about 5 grams.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

So, they both had a whole bunch of nickel-plated steel Canadian nickels on their persons.

Well, they are in Vancouver...

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Apropos of the whole Magneto flying thing, how disappointed was I to find out that he really does fly by wearing metallic thread in his underpants ??

I mean, hello to the mundane! I mean, ingenious mundane, but, dude has to spend every day of his life with lamé short pants on!

(Not, necessarily, that he'd mind that, but, I'm not so sure that lamé breathes well.)

Totally depends on the weave.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

(and you thought I was a good person, ha!)
Duct. Tape.

Well, they are in Vancouver...

So, they had all this change in their pockets left over from lunch in the commissary, the fence really works, and when they started getting dragged towards the fence by their pockets, they just improvised the scene? Works for me.

Meanwhile, we seem to be having a Eureka marathon of SciFi tonight.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Which I appreciate, since it's well-nigh impossible for me to catch the show on Tuesdays.

Hey, look, Narim from SG1/Simon from SGA is the congressman.
