All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Teppy, how about "silence"?

Okay, but my entry's gonna be a hundred sets of ellipses.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Hee.

Uh... random suggestions... color. The future. Badgers. (Badger badger badger badger...) Initials. Signatures. The roof.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

How about fortune-telling? Or a photo album? Or smoke?

Rutabagas.

I dunno, it was the first thing that came to mind. Could have been kumquats.

Seriously, though, how about some time when you felt especially smart about something? When you did something really clever that may have surprised even yourself? (I just looked at my new optical mouse and remembered how long it took for me to figure out why it wasn't working, but figure it out I did.)

The status is NOT quo.

Oo! I vote Connie's idea.

Not here. Going to bed now.

How about, to vague it up, discovery? Or maybe enlightenment?

A time when the Great Big Light Bulb went off over your head? I want it to be something positive, not some moment when you realize you'd been dumb up till then but an authentic moment of unadulterated accomplishment. Everyone's bound to have one, even if they have to think about it.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Connection?

That covers Connie's theme, and links it, possibly, to a thousand things. I'm thinking of the E.M. Forster version: "Only connect! Only connect!"

As in, the puzzle, the light bulb going off.
