Zoe: Nobody's saying that, sir. Wash: Yeah, we're pretty much just giving each other significant glances and laughing incessantly.

Hey. New board.

You know, the more I read the phrase "four clowns of the apocalypse" the more ridiculously funny it gets. =)

ETA: Also, I will clearly buy the book.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Kristin, this joint packs some heavy-duty good beta readers; the acknowledgement pages of my series is laden with Buffista thanks.

I think my clown story is going to be unremittingly dark. I'm in the mood for dark.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Because of the conversation in Natter, all I can think of when I read "Four Clowns of the Apocalypse" is Bush, Cheney, Rummy, Rice.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It's a story about the apocalypse. It better be dark.

Oh, who am I kidding. Like Good Omens was dark.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Susan, I've read more than enough Regencies to know the basics, and I haven't read the earlier version of your novel. A Word attachment to my profile address is fine, if you want to send it my way.

Thanks, Dani! Insent to your profile address.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Deb, if you need another beta reader for your clown story, I would love to read it.

Thanks, sweetie. I managed to severely blister both hands and pull tendons in both of them, getting outrageously energetic with the carpet shampooing machine. That'll larn me.

But clowns in morning, when I'm awake and other computer is on.
