The world couldn't be that small, could it?
Invisible Green is the brother of a girl I was friends with at Rice, so the answer is yes.

That's a superb poem.
(waking up slowly here)
The link to the Clown Anthology will not work for me. I weep. I really must have a copy. Pennywise was one of the most visually frightening villians ever IMHO. "Can't sleep - clown'll eat me!"
I'm three pages in, and moving along.
Can I get a couple of betas shortly?
My clowns' names:
They're each wearing hats (symbolising the horses). White Hat is (famine) is Munch-em-up. Red Hat (war) is Uncle Sharpie. Black Hat (pestilence) is Mister CoughNSneeze. And the fourth hat, a pale green that looks like old mould (death), is called Morty.
Deb, what do you require of beta readers?
Um, deb? I have papers to grade. Switching back and forth to clowns will make this experience so much more fun.
OK. Will send what I've got to both.
Katerina, flow of story, consistency, whether it grabs you right off or not, smaller things like grammar and spelling, because I haven't edited any of this yet. It's only four pages right now, but I want to make sure the reader gets hooked early. If it doesn't hook, I need to know.
Sending...
....aaaaand, sent.
NC, your sister doesn't live in CT, does she?
Nope. Virginia, these days.
