[link] I'm not sure what my disability perspective is, except "A little less ritual and a little more fun..." But I sense quoting Spike in a professional situation might be a mistake. Not as much as "I can't wait to tell my friends. They don't have a rock this big.." though. This editor has quite the story. She had some kind of brain injury and had to get a big scary male friend to break her out of a rehabilitation place.
The Great Write Way
A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.
Yup - Mouth is one of the magazines out there that I wish had existed during my post-accident, pre-internet wheelchair days.
It kicks some serious tailfeathers.
I am so proud of my sister-wife.
Thanks erika, but the link didn't work -- I got "This page can't be displayed".
That's odd. Next piece: Why Monogamy is Dead: The Hip Crip's Guide to Plural Marriage Not Tonight, Honey, My Wrist Hurts: Love in Cyberspace. Bwah...the second one sucks enough I could sell it.
Honey, My Wrist Hurts: Love in Cyberspace
Bwah! You could sell this.
Erika - that is excellent. Congrats!
Congratulations, erika! That's great news, and well-earned.

Not Tonight, Honey, My Wrist Hurts: Love in Cyberspace
Snerk.
Nilly snerked! Is it your first time, Nilly? I don't recall your snerking often, if ever.
Okay, I'm just way past sleep debt. I need to shut down the computer and go to bed. G'night.
I don't recall your snerking often
Usually I COMM instead, but I thought this would work less well outside of context. But I do exercise my right to snerk, and Buffistas give me lots of opportunities to.
Of course, like plenty of other things that I may find relatively easy to write in a post (like 'y'all' or 'gotcha'), I will have a much harder time realizing how to actually pronounce it.
