Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Oh, oh! Mine is here too! I forgot to say, it came last week. sj bought it for me. I'm bringing it to the F2F (assuming we get to come, knock on wood) so Deb can sign it for me.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Mine arrived yesterday. I'm gonna start reading tonight. YAY!!!

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Hee! Best reason I know to get carpal: signing books.

I wonder if anyone's seen it on an actual bookshelf anywhere in an actual store yet? Theoretical release date is 11 December, but obviously it shipped a month early, which is standard.

I could go look, there's an Evil Chain around the corner from me.

Still looking, but no luck yet.

erika, thing is, the warehouse is back east, so they get them first, and slooooowly copies make their way westward. Book Passage hadn't received theirs as of Kristin Ohlsen's signing on Saturday night; she was very cranky, because she'd planned on buying one and having me sign it.

Which sucks, because I have two huge signings in two weeks, and the damned books had better be here....

I have been looking faithfully, but no joy.

Betsy, are you guys coming to either of the signing/readings? I was thinking the kids would love Tad's book, especially Ellen.

I'll be whoring myself at B&N this afternoon for a job, so I'll look then. (And if I get a job, I''ll get to do one of those "The staff picks...." things, and I'll do you! At Xmas! As the busiest bookstore at the biggest shopping mecca in the area!)
