The part where I'm really blissfully happy all the time, did I mention I'm in love, is great. The part where I'm worrying about failing this chemisty course is not....

A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.

Sounds like you at least have chemistry somewhere, Liz.
Erin, when you get a chance, check your email; I beta'd your story sections and sent back two long emails, with commentary.

Deb, I got the first one, but the number two email is nowhere in sight.
I'm at my folks, so I don't have access to my work here, but I'm going to print out your first email and go over it tomorrow. Thanks for such specific feedback -- it's really useful, and appreciated!
Erin, I'm working on my edit/critique and hope to have it for you this evening, but it may end up being tomorrow.

Does anybody have a favorite market report? My former Bible, The Gila Queen's Guide to Markets, hasn't put out a new issue since 2000. Market reports are really handy for pointing out new markets you mayn't have heard of. Right now, for instance, I have a short humorous cooking piece I want to place. I spent Sunday at Borders in the cooking section, and neither my favorite cooking mags nor any of the cooking mags I don't buy seems to have a place for humor. A friend suggested Sunset.
