These girls have the most beautiful dresses. And so do I -- how about that?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Gotta love the attention to detail. "Hung like a chrome moose" is striking me as a terribly amusing phrase, though I can't imagine when I'd use it.

As it turns out, I don't have eggs after all. Why didn't I buy food when I was out running errands?

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

The credits on the official web site say it's Steve Oedkirk and Omation Animation Studios.

Huh. Why did I think Ardman was doing a computer animated movie, and that this was it?

It kinda looks like Ardman animation done CG.

ita, just let me know, and I"ll hit up your family reunion. Heck, I'm apparently *all about* the long distances, so why not Jamaica or wherever? :)

Cindy, thank you for the Willow/Oz scene. Love. Love.

I think about kissing you. And it's like everything stops. It's like, it's like freeze frame. Willow kissage.

Love.

I got an email last night from one of the most popular girls in high school-- she got my email address and had been DYING to ask if it was me that she saw on some game show years ago. I know it's silly but I'm totally chuffed today.

Hey, that's awesome! Just like you!!

I mean, I don't eat bacon, so I have no experience with any sort of clubs.

There are lovely things about some religions, but I could not consider them, as they would want me to give up pork, and bacon? I will not give up. Same reason I couldn't be a vegetarian. Bacon is so GOOD!

I love BATs -- no lettuce, plus avocado. Avocado and bacon are such a great fat combo -- smooth and crunch together and yum.

Ooh. Suddenly WANT.

Also, eggs that are still runny? AREN"T COOKED. EW. Was with friend in Toronto and she was dunking her toast in her over-easy eggs, and I was like "ICK!"

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

When I was a practicing vegetarian, I had a bacon exception.

I would kill for a BLT right now. Unfortunately, I have no B. And no L. No T either. Also no bread.

It occurs to me I may need to go to the grocery store one of these days.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Cake is the perfect egg-delivery mechanism, as it requires them, and yet there is no hint of the actual taste of the eggs.

My feelings about eggs exactly. I can do hard-boiled eggs. It's the wiggly stuff that gets to me. No scrambled eggs. No soft-boiled eggs. I can occasionally eat a fried egg, but they have to be extra crispy and there has to be bacon and toast around to cut the taste. I can eat omelettes that are full of other stuff, as long as they're really, really done.

When I was a reporter, I had to cover a lot of breakfast meetings. At breakfast meetings, they just plop a standard plate in front of you, and I would have to take notes while gagging at the congealing underdone scrambled eggs in front of me.

I'm thinking I've heard they're doing something, too, but I can't remember what...the rat movie? Ratatouille?

I still have no food and DH has gone to bed feeling ill. So going out to dinner isn't happening.

If I can put off grocery shopping until Sunday, I can go get Dim Sum before. Which seemed like the smart move earlier, but nsm right now.

(eta: Found a can of tomato soup! I eat!)

Always Anti-fascist!

I was thinking of the wrong Dr. Cox. The one that looks like JZ. Imagine my surprise, Cindy.

brillig

I have finally learned out to make egg salad. I count it as one of the achievements I'd be willing to put on a tombstone, because, lo, egg salad is as an avatar of the Divine, a brief manifestation of all that is good in the Universe, and a blessing to all who partake of it.

And everyone who doesn't like it means I can bogart the bowl for myself.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

TypoBoy's perfect egg is my perfect egg. It's lovely.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

We have pie too! Now that we are done with our yummy dinner, we may even have some.
