Well, we may not have parted on the best of terms. I realize certain words were exchanged. Also, certain... bullets. But that's air through the engine. It's past. We're business people.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

She makes tons and tons of devilled eggs. Which I slurp down. Love them.

Sprinkled with paprika, and chilled to the perfect temperature of "cold, but not frozen"? Yum!!

I doubt pixar or whoever is intending to suggest that. But who knows? Maybe the cow does have that bent, whatever that'd be called for bovines.

Barnyard is an Ardman (Wallace and Grommit) film.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

If there was any sort of intentional gender bending implied in any way by the trailer, my opinion of the movie would skyrocket.

(eta: That's so sad, Ardman has never let me down before, but it looks so very bad)

The credits on the official web site say it's Steve Oedkirk and Omation Animation Studios.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Make it neuter! It's a time honored cartoon technique.

OMG, I almost forgot. There's a (very cool) statue of a moose on the plaza outside my office. Made of old chrome fenders. [link]

I must have crossed the plaza at a different angle than usual the other day. That is a boy moose. I mean seriously a boy moose.

Now I can't look away. (Nor, I notice, can most of the little kids who come near it.)

Gotta love the attention to detail. "Hung like a chrome moose" is striking me as a terribly amusing phrase, though I can't imagine when I'd use it.

As it turns out, I don't have eggs after all. Why didn't I buy food when I was out running errands?

Huh. Why did I think Ardman was doing a computer animated movie, and that this was it?

It kinda looks like Ardman animation done CG.

ita, just let me know, and I"ll hit up your family reunion. Heck, I'm apparently *all about* the long distances, so why not Jamaica or wherever? :)

Cindy, thank you for the Willow/Oz scene. Love. Love.

I think about kissing you. And it's like everything stops. It's like, it's like freeze frame. Willow kissage.

Love.

I got an email last night from one of the most popular girls in high school-- she got my email address and had been DYING to ask if it was me that she saw on some game show years ago. I know it's silly but I'm totally chuffed today.

Hey, that's awesome! Just like you!!

I mean, I don't eat bacon, so I have no experience with any sort of clubs.

There are lovely things about some religions, but I could not consider them, as they would want me to give up pork, and bacon? I will not give up. Same reason I couldn't be a vegetarian. Bacon is so GOOD!

I love BATs -- no lettuce, plus avocado. Avocado and bacon are such a great fat combo -- smooth and crunch together and yum.

Ooh. Suddenly WANT.

Also, eggs that are still runny? AREN"T COOKED. EW. Was with friend in Toronto and she was dunking her toast in her over-easy eggs, and I was like "ICK!"

When I was a practicing vegetarian, I had a bacon exception.

I would kill for a BLT right now. Unfortunately, I have no B. And no L. No T either. Also no bread.

It occurs to me I may need to go to the grocery store one of these days.
