Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

On weekends I sometimes skip breakfast. Or lunch. But on weekdays I always have a breakfast but I'm usually hungry by 10:00 or 11:00.

Why is my tummy so silly?

yeah, i find that a lot. When I eat breakfast, I get hungrier for lunch. Maybe because we start the stomach motor?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Why am I still hungry? I must have an alien getting ready to burst out of my chest.

I'm tempted to get steak for lunch. Or linguine calamari. Or maybe tostinos.

I should probably put the menu away, right?

Well, the Thai king just said "blessings on you" to the coup-meisters, so I guess the guy in New York is out of a job.

Any word from Fay yet?

No. You should order all of those things and bring them to me.

I have now decided to walk down the street to the lunch truck, becuase he makes really good soup (choice of veggie, clam chowder or white bean), and I can get soup and a sandwich for $5.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I think I'm gonna make chicken potato corn chowder for Em and Joe to live on for the weekend.

You should just come up to Evanston... the food will still be hot that way.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I still remember with fondness a really kickass butternut squash soup I had at a restaurant on the New Jersey shore a few years back. Yuuuummm...
