See, you haven't explained to me what is inherently wrong with eating or having sex with a corpse. You've explained to me situations in which it's wrong, but you're refining the general point too.

it's nasty, it's disrespectful, and in virtually all cultures at least the eating of has been seen as socially and legally unacceptable.
I am gonna operate without hard facts linked to and I'm not gonna look for them, but I think that in Western Society, at least, sex has been a heavily restricted by laws for all sorts of things. Makes at least historic sense that it would be in this case.
Do I care if people do it, not really sure, but I am not sure I'd want to be part of a society that said it was ok.
Since I doubt the jails are clogged up because of either of these crimes, I'm good with them being on the books.
Check to be sure, but I believe that getting switched to third shift (and to a far location) is one of those things where you can quit and still get unemployment. But you have to do it fairly quickly.

Yeah. And not always for the best.
Look, I'm not some sort of fun with corpses advocate. There's a sliding scale in my head which has things like polygamy on it too that are not for me, and looked askance at by society, yet I just don't see the point of them being illegal. Sex with corpses is way out on the ick end, with polygamy at the shrug end.
That's the sum of it. Ick isn't enough for me to want to prosecute.
