All I think is "Is that baby wearing a wig?"

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

In terms of unsolved murders known by the victim rather than the killer - Judge Crater.

(Not mucb of a mystery actually. He was going to testify against Tamany Hall, and disappeared. Gee, what could have caused that? But the point is we don't know for sure, and in any case we don't know specifically *who* in Tamany Hall killed him. Rather like Hoffa in that respect. But maybe more famous mystery than Black Dahlia.)

Now tagless for your comfort.

I always feel so sad for Princess Masako. Maybe this will help, at least taking the disappointment of a nation off her some.

That article is very frightening. And sad.

The quote from the 60 year old male royal relative that suggested they bring back the concubine system instead of legislating the rights of females to inherit the throne? Also infuriating. I keep wanting Masako to appear somewhere on camera and flip everyone off. I'm glad Naruhito supports her so vocally.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Trudy, what's your position on RPF?

Only if I just can't help myself. But it tends to be private...

Didn't it take Japan until about a minute ago to approve the birth control pill?

It's a tough place to be a chick.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The quote from the 60 year old male royal relative that suggested they bring back the concubine system instead of legislating the rights of females to inherit the throne? Also infuriating.

Yeah, that was rough.

What is even happening?

Only if I just can't help myself. But it tends to be private...

Heh. Well, the answer to your earlier question:

Am I the only one who looks at that Vanity Fair cover and has a second of, "well, its too bad things didn't work out with Pacey..."?

Cool!

This could fall under "just can't help it" because it's really sorta trippy. I KNOW Joey Potter didn't hook with Tom Cruise... and yet... I keep picturing her running around the creek and climbing up the ladder to hang out with ol' square haid and thinking "who'd have imagined..."
