Lorne: My little prince. Oh…what did they do to you? Angel: Nina…tried to…eat me. Lorne: Oh, you're--medic! You're gonna make it Angel. Just don't stop fighting. Doctor! Is there a Gepetto in the house?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Debet, is this for a research or a stats class? I looked at the effects of same-sex schools on student achievement. Lots of stuff, and it's pretty interesting, but the Magic 8ball says "Nothing conclusive."

Woe to the fucking wicked.

It's for my not-a-thesis. It's basically a lit review. More research than stats.

Same-sex sounds interesting and (hopefully) easy to find (this is increasingly becoming a priority). Let me ERIC, and see if there's usable stuff that pops up.

Music looks interesting, but like there's a lot of not-useful to wade through.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I think there were some studies indicating the people who heard music when they were young and people who studied music did better in math.

Effect of home schooling on college performance? Parents' level of education? Number of mysterious deaths in high school?

Woe to the fucking wicked.

See, the problem is that I don't want to do something that's well and truly settled.

Well, I can testify that playing classical music while my daughter did her homework helped her concentrate better. She started asking me to put in on for her!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Did you ever have something that you really needed to do, and you didn't want to, and you kept putting it off, for like years, and now you've set aside this time specifically for doing it, and you still don't want to, even though it would take maybe an hour and things will be better and you might even get some money out of it, and instead you're idling at the computer? What is that?

Besides stupid, I mean.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

At one point, I put of going to the dentist for over ten years. When I finally went, it turned out OK, though. No cavities.
