I guess it's true what they say: Work a job long enough and you will get a chance to make your mark. Although I think "Stamped" only had...four expletives and one was totally a Sipowicz homage...what excessive profanity? And one was hell, which I hardly even count. That person better not get cable; he'll die. Motherfucker.

Randomly: I just saw an ABC Fall preview, and it looks like they're putting Ugly Betty on Thursdays before Grey's Anatomy. I saw the pilot, and it was totally adorable. It's basically a telenovela version of The Devil Wears Prada -- unstylish assistant at a high-end fashion magazine, but totally wacky. My only concern is how well the previous assistant under the boss's desk will go over at 8pm. Anyway, people who like goofy soaps should give it a try.

An Improv Everywhere stunt on the L would probably get the security types worked up, wouldn't it? Hm. Must think on this.
I've had experiences that made me think "Crazy homeless person or improv student?" but those were just individuals.
brenda, I'd love to get together but I don't know if I'll be able to within any definition of summer. I start working on King Lear at the Goodman on Tuesday and I'll be tied up with that until opening on Sept 19.
