"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I have had a throbbing headache since Thursday. Excedrin keeps it away, but then, as soon as it wears off, the headache is there.

You've trained your brain to crave caffeine. Now it is punishing you for depriving it of the dark bean 24-7.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Aw, Laura, thanks.

It could be caffeine withdrawal, Allyson. Although I have had the same headache myself this week, and I think it's a sinus headache from...I don't know, something.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What's with all the sinus headaches? Allergy season I guess.

Welcome back, Robin. I loved the honeymoon pictures. Though I was pretty much in a constant state of, "Awww, Scrappy's so hot. Plus happy!"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

We loathe them. Also they might be migraines now. Anyway, we loathe them a lot.

And Robin's pictures are just heartmelty.

Allyson, didn't you cut out your caffeine already? Or was it coffee, specifically?

There's some summer-flu-type-bug going around at work here, and people are describing neverending headaches along with other symptoms. Two co-workers were out for most of last week. So unless it's caffeine withdrawal, I'd strongly encourage you to stay home tomorrow and rest.

Babyshower pictures are up in F2F.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My headache specialist concurred and said that my sinus headaches were probably migraines, and I could consider treating them with my migraine medications.

Please. They're unpleasant, but I only have so many triptans to go around.

Turned out I was being picked up. Which is good. Because lazy. But I really should have known.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Your headache specialist tried to pick you up?

Isn't that counter productive in the "honey I've got a headache" sense?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My headache specialist is particularly huggy, but I don't think she's macking on me. C'mon people. Follow my twists of thought.

Keep up or get left behind.

Though you get to rest now, because it's totally my bedtime, and I have to take my be-Gimleted self to sleep.

I object!

Not that I disagree, but I totally object. I don't have enough migraine meds to deal with the stuff I didn't know was migraines before now.

It might make sense, but I don't have to like it.
