Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Bah.

FWIW, I'm still glad you posted the link -- it looks like a good blog, and I didn't know it before.

flea! I feel like I hardly see you lately! It's almost like there's some new thing in your life keeping you busy!

I will, and can easily get away, for once -- what time do you expect to be around?

Um, probably 9:30 ish? Could I just drop by your office? I'll definitely be at the desk in Bostock at 10.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

The Bible is constant and unchanging, it is a single source of truth, and it was given to us by God not by some committee vote.

Someone really should ask what date the bound King James edition of the Bible dropped from the heavens complete and untouched by human hands.

Sounds lovely, flea -- the lab is closed this week, but if you knock at the door, we'll hear you.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Now is the time for Natter to turn, again, to food. I'm headed to my parents' this weekend and have a 10 hour car trip (each way!). I need some snacks.

What are your favorite car trip snacks??

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Does Diet Red Bull count?

Pretzels, red liquorice, and any kind of cheese that doesn't stink up the car for too long. Plus Lucozade or the next sugariest drink equivalent.

What? I never said I was healthy...

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I like salted nuts as snacks, and bottled water. While I love sweets, I hate things that leave my hands sticky, especially if I'm driving. So I tend to stick to the salt side of the snacking spectrum.
