I just said that you're pretty. Even when you're covered in...engine grease, you're... No, especially, especially when you're covered in engine grease.

Nah, it isn't his fault.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Trudy, like that's half of it.

Oh my, ita. Oh. My.

Is it just me, or do other people keep wondering for a second "Why do they keep white-fonting things about Puerto Rico?"

(It's not so much that I think it, it's that I can't remember not to. Oy.)

Now tagless for your comfort.

Last night I had the laptop and was surfing on the sofa (how much do I fucking love THAT?). DH was watching UFC and asked me what a torn labrum was. In about 2 seconds, I had some google images of the torn cartilage in the shoulder.

He looked at me and said, "Wow. You really know your way around the internet."

I told him I learned it here.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Oh! Thanks for reminding me, Cash. ita, I was talking to Bob last night about MMA and he thought it would be unlikely that someone trained in krav maga would do MMA. I tended to agree but thought I'd ask you. I thought maybe someone trained in KM and something else might do MMA. Have you heard of any KM people doing UFC or Pride?

What is even happening?

Is it just me, or do other people keep wondering for a second "Why do they keep white-fonting things about Puerto Rico?"

Not just you, Trudy. Some show abbreviations never quite sink in my mind. TAR for The Amazing Race, is one. WAT or WaT for Without a Trace, is another, but PR has been the hardest, so far, and I think it's because besides not watching it (I don't watch TAR or WaT, either), I do associate the letters with something else.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is Bush an 'Idiot'?

Oh my. A lot of these quotes I haven't heard before....

I think tide turning as I remember it, I was raised in the desert, but tides—it is easy to see a tide turn. Did I say those words?

No question that the enemy has tried to spread sectarian violence. They use violence as a tool to do that.

In my State of the—my State of the Union—my speech to the nation, whatever you want to call it.

I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.

Notice that he says nothing about humans and cephalopods....

Mmm... Bradley Cooper (sorry Meara).

Randomly, I can't get Me and Julio Down by Schoolyard out of my head. I wonder if that's a sign of something?

I can't get Copa Cabana out of my head. Swap?

Punishingly Intricate

I can't get the Without a Trace theme out of my head right now which is a sign of a) me being highly impressionable and b) me watching too much tv.

But that was thirty years ago when they used to have a show - now it's a disco.
