Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm watching that right now!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I need to go to sleep.

Oh hey, anyone know that vintage jewelry site that Rio linked to that one time? Or any good vintage jewelry site, really. A friend is in a dispute with her boyfriend.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Sam L Jackson's SoaP interview on Daily Show tonight is ridiculously entertaining.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I think Rio linked to Fay Cullen. [link]

Ooh, I bought some of this last time I was in Paris! (Yes, five years ago and I remember the brand of sunscreen. It's that god.)

I bought some in Montreal 2 years ago, (it was waaay cheaper there fro some reason) and I would try to figure out before I left the house if it was going to be sun exposure worthy of the SPF 60.

SLJ is a big geek, isn't he?

Now tagless for your comfort.

SLJ is a big geek, isn't he?

The last interview I saw him in, he was talking about riding the subway. A guy was looking at him, wondering, then finally asked if he was SLJ. SLJ replies, "Naaaaah. He wouldn't be riding the subway."

This may have been on TDS as well.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I spent 2 1/2 hours in a bookstore trying to choose books for a 9 yr old boy. He's at that point where it's hard to find something that is challenging enough, but not too mature.

I managed to tweak my neck at some point this morning and by the time I got home half my back and my shoulder were one giant knot. Driving is fun when you can't turn your head very well.
