Giles! I accidentally killed Spike. That's okay, right?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

By which I mean, don't let me impose my linearity on your perfectly reasonable tangent or whatever.
Words to live by.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

See, I try to picture this in my head and think, "Tangents are linear."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ooh, ooh! There were clips from the Muppet Improv at Comic Con (after the disappointingly footage-free Power of the Dark Crystal panel), and it looked hiLARIOUS. I really really really want to see it live.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yeah, today is probably a really bad day to travel. Too bad I leave for a con this afternoon.

So this morning, after hearing the latest freakouts on the news, but before actually waking up, I had a supremely bizarre action flick dream, complete with a shotgun duct taped to a suitcase to act as a handle, which was then filled up with dishwasher liquid (the shotgun, not the suitcase) and ammonia, siphoned off from a cafeteria cleaning area. But that's not the weird part. The weird part is the evil doer was Bill Murray.

Pretty much everything but the last is explicable.

Dana, that sucks.

Bad thought: it's really a plot by Dannon and Aquafina to boost beverage sales behind the security gates.

Or maybe a fan campaign to get Aquaman on TV....

Ann, that's a ferret.

Miss Piggy would blush over the antics in "Jim Henson's Puppet Improv" which spearheads a renaissance of puppet shows for grown-ups at this year's Edinburgh Fringe arts festival.

Miss Piggy would never blush. She might throw things while yelling at the top of her voice. But she'd never blush.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

bon bon, I know I'm coming in late to this, but the federal government uses a lot of in-house counsel. Generally, the Justice Department does the heavy litigating and relies on in-house counsel at the agencies for a lot of the nuts and bolts.

This is def on my radar too. Although I think DoJ would be fun as well.

Boy, I can't even get Continental's website to load.
