Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Tom Scola: how are you doing sweetie?

ION, I'm so tired that I just tried to mouse with my RAZR. In my defense, it's roughly the same size & color as my mouse.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

j, I do that all the time, only with a less cool phone. I put it down next to the computer, and then it's just enough in my peripheral vision that my brain says "hand-sized thing next to computer!" before I can correct it. I figure it's not worth worrying about until the mouse starts ringing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hand-sized thing next to computer.

I'm more amused than I should be by "the accuracy is of course also very bad" -- I may have to adopt the phrase. Still, as proof-of-concept, I love it!

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Yeah Emily!!!!! Yeah Sean and S!!!!!

Well, if you do, maybe I'll finally make that trip down to the aquarium, meet you for lunch and stand around inhaling all the librarian-fu.

Yes, yes, yes!!!!!

move out and draw fire

Cool number, libkitty.

I'm in a feh mood. Which is not like a fey mood, or even a Fay mood.

DH is at work, checking visiting congressmen into a luxury hotel. I could take and bath and/or go to bed, but it's still over 100 degrees out, so I expect DH to call for a ride rather than walk home. Since taxis refuse to come to our neighborhood.

Feh.

I'm not even really interested in shopping. I need a new white skirt, and at least one pair of shorts I can wear to the gym, and feh. I keep leaning towards things like orange miniskirts or Utilikilts.

Maybe if I buy a Utili-kilt, ND will miraculously get better?

Tom Scola: how are you doing sweetie?

I wish I had a better answer for this, but I feel like crying all the time.

It's worth a try.
