You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I kinda heart Bastet.

How could you not? Besides, she's pretty.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Got up. Got dressed. Took K-Bug shopping for school stuff, saved $72 bucks, and am now pooped out. Back in bed with the heating pad on the shoulder. I don't like this one bit.

I am currently looking at buttons to be door knobs on my current quilt I'm working on this weekend.

Boy, I could spend a RIDICULOUS amount of money on buttons! There's actually a button store in Downtown Crossing that I'm considering going to. But I'm so scared I'm gonna get down there, fall in love with something I can't really afford and just buy it anyway.

Buttons should not be $20 each. Especially when I need 24 of them!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I'm going to take a stand and say that for $24, that button better come with a pair of pants and a very nice ass IN those pants and a very nice body to go along with the ass in those pants.

I'm gonna take a stand and say that.

I know! Right!

Well, that one I particularly liked, because it had actual turquoise in the center. Most are in the $2-$3 range, which, still! Expensive!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Laundry folding has begun. I suspect this will take up a greater portion of the rest of the day. Looks to be ten loads all counted.

I really want a nap. I am feeling just so gronky and out of it.

Damn, and the cat just throwed up. The vet is soooooo stressful for her that I would rather not put her through that but she's got me worried right now.

Guess I should see if I can trim a couple of her claws just in case.

She seems fine except for the vomiting. But vomiting is not an attribute of healthy usually.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

looks at puketastic yet healthy as a horse cat

I don't know.... Mine tends to throw up a lot, especially if he's bored (boredom eating leading to overfull tummy leading to puking), or angry with the other cats (which has gone down a lot since I moved), or angry with me (solveable with catnip), or needs brushing (furball leading to other puking).

All your gronk is belong to me. Woke up at 9, determined to do this day right, had cereal and coffee, laid down to read while my stomach settled, just woke back up. Ooops.

Totally unrelated to anything...

I've been invited to two friends' wedding in Chicago at the end of September. What does one wear to an outdoor afternoon wedding at the end of September? I'm thinking I'm going to have to buy something, because most of my stuff is more eveningish. I think.
