Stupid August where everyone is moving and no movers can be had to help me deal with said stupid crap. Stupid big couches that can't get in and out of apartments easily.

Are you weighing or tracking what you eat by grams? Portion sizing can be tricky
I haven't been weighing stuff, I measure by volume. After 4+ years of obsessively measuring portions for residents with very specific medical/nutritional needs, it has become habit for me. Also, the few times I end up estimating, I'm way more accurate than I used to be.
