Hmm. It's sounds like the finest party I can imagine getting paid to go to.

Hey. New board.

Agreed in hindsight. I didn't sleep very well.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Having the same haircut as you, my dear, with your unfuckingbelievable gorgeousness and your incredible angular features -- hello, cheekbones! -- is like showing up in the same prom dress as the prettiest girl in school. That's just not the kind of comparison I wish to invite.

yes, but I think that the haircut would look just as great with your terrific smile and sparking eyes. IMNSHO.

Post a picture. OBEY ME!

Pictures of hairs, please.

And coffee. Gronk.

What is even happening?

Teppy, no flagrant disregard of the Vortex and the Glamcookie.

I love you, Cindy. I was thinking the same thing about Gris.

He's so young, is the thing (I mean, in comparison to me). I don't generally go *there* anyhow, and made a conscious effort not to, with the first comment, and then the second... *sigh* I'm glad I have such good company, Chi.

Gris, here I am, talking about you like you're not here. I'm sorry. I think I need a vacation.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Biopsy results - not cancer.

Phew! Good news. I'm hungry for good news.

Happy birthday, Debet!

Juliana, I doubt that haircut looks emo on you.

Teppy, your hair is so very different from Juliana's there's no way it'd look the same even with the same cut.

In sum, let's make out.

That's my point, though.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Gronk. Nearly 3 am here, still not done packing. And other stuff. Week from hell. But it's gonna end well, I reckon.

I can sleep on the plane. But I'm flying first class, dammit! I want to be awake to enjoy this!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Dude, once you use the phrase "one-handed typing," it's all over.

With a possibly exemption for those known to have a broken arm, wrist, or hand. But only possible.

Also YAY for Raq's news!

My SiL's mother found out on Monday that she has breast cancer. ~ma that it is in the very earliest stage and easily treatable.

Herding cats for fun

Hooray for Raq's no-cancer biopsy. We could use some more good news around here.

Happy Debet Day! Hope Colorado is still beautiful. I miss it already.

{Sean + S.} Glad to hear feeding and cheering up services are coming from our fabulous LA-istas. Thanks guys. Wish I could mail you a peach pie.

In News About Me: Baby kitty Sophie had her first trip to the vet yesterday and is officially healthy and "very sweet." The funny thing about Sophie is that she doesn't like to be petted. (??!!!) That's hard on us since we're a family of big-time kitty petters and we just want to run our fingers over her soft, dense fur. Pet Sophie and she will stand up, walk away, reposition self just out of reach. She doesn't stop purring and will blink at me affectionately, so it's not rejecty or hostile, just definite. Little nerf. However, it seems that going to the vet has put the fear of What-If? into her. She was content to huddle in my arms while we were there, and she's made a point out of coming close and purring at me several times since we got home. I even got some affectionate licks. I think she's probably got the cutest little cat butt in the world because half is orange and half is black.
